Processing Time
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please allow additional time during product launches, sales, custom orders or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after shipment
- International Orders: 7–21 business days (may vary by location)
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping
We are working on shipping worldwide! If you are interested in our products and are from outside the USA, please email us at help.fineworks@gmail.com, so that we may see shipping costs and delivery times.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Fine Works Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
